Terenure College RFC are delighted to announce the first ever Ladies Monday Night Lights Tag League. This league is open to everyone and we are looking for existing teams to join and more importantly we want individuals and groups of friends to come down and we will arrange teams. There will be a Autumn League starting October the 7 / 14th and a Spring League starting in February. The cost for a individual is 80 euro which includes 20 euro on a bar card and covers both leagues, or 250 euro for a team for each league. We will be also looking at having a number of friendly games before Ulster Bank AIL games and we will be organising social events during the season. We are looking to get everyone involved in a League full of excitement and fun. For the next couple of Mondays staring Monday the 23rd we are having training sessions in the Club at 7 for everyone, so come along and “ Give Tag a Try “ . - You will provide local and remote telephone support from our Call Centre system when called upon in a prompt, professional and polite manner
- Participate in the daily support of IT equipment such as workstations, laptops, telephony, printers and audio visual systems in the Dublin office.
- With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will work to help users with computer software or hardware problems and deal with enquiries on the use of specific software, such as database, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems, and printing. You will also perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems and work with other IT Department Staff such as Level 3 Teams in the resolution of related issues.
- You will proactively research and report on issues to Manager with suggested improvements.
- You will prepare our systems with ICON’s Software image and deploy to staff
- Prepare technical documentation for our in-house knowledgebase
- You will update helpdesk tickets regularly and maintain an up to date history.
- Maintain our stock inventory, ensuring all repairs are carried out on faulty hardware in line with our contractual agreements with vendors.
- Provide IT support to our numerous Meeting Rooms in the building.
- Any other upgrade/implementation projects as assigned by IT Management.
- A consummate communicator with excellent organisational and customer service skills, you will have strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, computer operating systems and desktop applications. You should be fluent in English with a degree in a computer related discipline or sound relevant experience in a similar role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- It is essential that you have experience of all current Microsoft Windows platforms including: Microsoft Active Directory Services, Microsoft Office 2000/2003, Windows XP/7, DNS / WINS / DHCP / TCP/IP, Strong knowledge of LANS / WANS and Hardware maintenance (Video / network cards, RAM upgrades) along with good knowledge of Exchange – User account setup, access permissions etc.
- It would be desirable for you to have experience of the following including: Citrix Presentation Server, Exchange 5.5 / Exchange 2003 Client Expertise, Microsoft Lync, BlackBerry Devices, VOIP Phone Systems, Altiris Deployment Solution and Polycom Video Conferencing Systems

The Company
Construction Information Services (CIS) are currently seeking an experienced Telesales executive to join the Sales & Marketing department.
Construction Information Services is Ireland’s leading provider of sales and project leads for the Irish construction industry – North & South. The company has served the construction and allied sectors for 40 years and currently has over 1, 500 customers. CIS are based in Beacon Court, Sandyford, Dublin 18.
The Product
CIS publish researched information on all planning and construction activity throughout the 32 counties on a daily/weekly basis via Online (www.cisireland.com), email and hardcopy.
The Role
We are looking for a telesales representative with a proven track record in hitting targets. You will be expected to deliver a monthly sales target as agreed with the sales manager.
Main Duties will include:
- Proactive outbound selling of the CIS range of services
- Conduct online ‘WebEx’ demonstrations with prospective clients
- Work with the sales manager to produce prospect lists for direct mail campaigns
- Follow up direct mail campaigns to uncover sales leads
- Retain existing clients through proactive customer service calling
- Winback lapsed clients or those lost to competition
- Maintain your sales pipeline
- Report weekly performance against KPI’s to the Sales Manager
Education
Preferably 3rd level
Experience
Experience in an outbound telesales environment would be advantageous
Personal Skills and Qualities
You must have an excellent telephone manner and be an expert at selling and closing over the telephone. You must be an excellent negotiator and be passionate about your next call. We are looking for someone who has the motivation and drive to win business.
