What is it?
‘Your Club Your Country’ is an IRFU fundraising mechanism for rugby clubs.
An information pack has been sent to clubs on how to participate
Become a participating club by completing the registration of participation form and sending back to the IRFU. By completing and submitting the form you are agreeing in full to the terms and conditions of the draw.
Upon receipt of the form, each club will then be sent 1,000 tickets with a value of €10 per ticket. The club will retain 100% of the ticket sales money raised.
Each club will also receive a completion form which must accompany ticket counterfoils for sold tickets to include in the draw and to be returned to the IRFU on or before Wednesday 19th October at 5pm.
The draw will take place on the morning of the RWC final on Sunday 23rd October, 2011.

Terms & Conditions
‘Your Club Your Country’ IRFU Grand Draw Particulars and Terms and Conditions
1. This draw is operated and promoted under district court license by the IRFU 10-12 Lansdowne Rd, Ballsbridge, D4.
2. The IRFU has obtained a license under the lotteries acts in the district court.
3. The ‘Your Club Your Country’ Grand Draw is intended as a fundraising vehicle for IRFU affiliated rugby clubs.
4. The draw is a rugby club draw open only to rugby clubs affiliated to the IRFU who have completed and submitted the registration of participation form which has been sent to each club.
5. Completion and submission of the registration of participation form shall be construed as an acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this draw.
6. No employees, staff members, IRFU executive committee members or their families may take part in this draw.
7. This draw will take place on Sunday 23rd October 2011 under the auspices of independent auditors PWC.
8. All valid entries for this draw must be returned for the attention of Christina Smyth, Commercial and Marketing Department, IRFU, 10-12 Lansdowne Rd, Ballsbridge, D4 by participating clubs including the completion entry form by 5pm Wednesday 19th October 2011. Failure to meet these requirements shall deem the entries null and void. No late entries will be accepted. The IRFU will not enter into any correspondence on late entries with clubs or any other party.
9. Prizes for this draw have been sourced by the IRFU. (Please note that prizes may be subject to change and without any notice given by the IRFU).
10. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions shall null and void any entry/ies to the draw.
11. The IRFU reserves the right to cancel, amend, and alter this draw at anytime for any reasons it deems necessary without any prior announcement.
12. The IRFU will not enter into any consultation with any parties.
13. All entrants for the ‘Your Club Your Country’ IRFU Grand Draw must be aged 18 years or over.
14. Only original, authentic printed sold ticket counterfoils will be accepted for entry into the Grand Draw. Copied sold ticket counterfoils will not be accepted.
15. All entries should include an entrants name, address, contact telephone number and email address (where possible) and Club.
16. Only one prize per winning entrant.
17. The prize is non-transferable and no other alternative shall exist.
18. In addition winners may be requested to take part in publicity arising from this IRFU Grand Draw.
