After last week’s clean sweep, we have another massive weekend coming up. The 1st XV will have to improve even further on Friday night’s sensational win over UCD, as they travel to Dooradoyle to face a Garryowen side still stinging from a heavy defeat against Galwegians. This makes them doubly dangerous, as they now can ill afford any more slip ups as they bid to hold on to their play off spot. Needless to say, this is a vital match for our lads, so do your best to get down to Limerick if you possibly can and cheer the lads on.
The 2nds have a crunch match too, as they welcome Lansdowne to Lakelands on Sunday. Our lads suffered only their second defeat of the season last week, and will be looking to get back to form and consolidate their top spot with a win.
The 3rds welcome Boyne to Terenure on Saturday, looking to hold on to third place in Division 3. The playoff spots are now beyond us, but finishing in the top half in our first season at this level would be some achievement.
The 4ths kick off the weekend, with another crucial game. They face MU Barnhall under lights at home, knowing that a win would go a long, long way towards securing their Division 5 spot for another year. The lads have worked incredibly hard all season, and are incredibly deserving of your support – come down and cheer them on!
