Goods Receiving Operative & Delivery Van Driver
 
We are looking for a Goods Receiving Operative & Delivery Van Driver to join our growing team. Interested candidates must have a full clean drivers license, be over 25 years of age and have van driving experience in Ireland.
 
Duties will include the following:
 
·         receiving and despatching goods in our busy Goods Inwards department
·         checking goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and damages
·         moving goods to relevant departments using pallet trucks and roll cages
·         notifying relevant departments via delivery note of any short shipments/mispicks
·         physical movement of stock from Goods Inward area to warehouse
·         packing and putting away stock
·         cardboard recycling and yard maintenance
·         performing deliveries by van on an ad-hoc basis
 
Wait staff – Ballroom – Exchequer Street
 
Fallon & Byrne is seeking to recruit experienced, full-time wait staff for their second-floor ballroom on Exchequer Street. This is our private dining space and plays host to hundreds of events per year ranging from weddings to corporate dinners, Christmas parties to family celebrations.

·         have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
·         posses excellent customer service skills
·         thrive on working in a busy but fun environment
·         speak fluent English

Restaurant Demi Chef de Partie
 
Fallon & Byrne are seeking to hire a Demi Chef de Partie for our busy, 120-seater first-floor restaurant on Exchequer Street.
Interested candidates must have 1-3 years experience as well as a culinary school degree.
Demi Chef/Chef de Partie – Pastry
 
Fallon & Byrne wish to recruit an experienced pastry chef for their busy Exchequer Street bakery. Working alongside the Head pastry chef and team of bakers & chefs you will be producing patisserie, cakes and desserts for the food hall pre-pack range and cake counter.
 
Cocktail Bartender – Restaurant
 
We have a vacancy for a full-time bartender working at the cocktail bar in our busy first-floor restaurant on Exchequer Street.

Restaurant Head Chef – Exchequer Street
 
Fallon & Byrne wishes to recruit an experienced, passionate head chef for our restaurant on Exchequer Street. Occupying the first floor of the foodie mecca, the 120-seater restaurant serves modern Irish fare in a buzzy, relaxed setting. The head chef is responsible for overseeing the food offerings and ensuring that exceptional, delicious food that we can be proud of is served.
 
We would love to hear from interested candidates who posses the following attributes:
 
·         proven track record in a similar role
·         excitement and passion for the finest seasonal, local ingredients
·         the creative skills to bring these ingredients to life both on the menu and on the plate
·         superb leadership and team management skills
·         excellent time management skills, ensuring that seasonal menu changes are launched in a timely manner
·         ability to ensure that HACCP guidelines and health & safety standards are adhered to at all times
·         proven experience in the admin & finance side of running of a busy kitchen

PART TIME SECURITY GUARD – EXCHEQUER STREET
Fallon & Byrne wish to recruit a part-time security guard for their city centre premises on Exchequer Street. This role will involve working in across both the retail (food hall) and hospitality (restaurant, wine bar, function room) areas of the business.
 
Interested candidates should:
 
·         have a PSA licence
·         have relevant experience in the security industry
·         be a good communicator
·         be a trustworthy individual
·         be very flexible – hours of work will vary and the business is open 7 days a week from 8am to 3am, depending on the day.
 
Banqueting & Production Chef – EXCHEQUER STREET
 
Fallon & Byrne wish to recruit an experienced chef to oversee the food production for our busy Ballroom on the second floor of our Exchequer Street premises. Catering for weddings, private parties and large corporate events, you will be responsible for serving excellent, quality food to up to 120/150 guests.
