In all it was very successful weekend as the club went undefeated.

The First XV produced probably their best performance of the season as they comprehensively defeated 3rd placed, Old Wesley 32-12 in Donnybrook. The result moves Terenure up into 10th place in the table and is a great step to build off in the new year.

With the J1’s on a week off the next side in action were the J3’s. After four straight wins the lads looked on course to make it five in succession as they led Greystones 29-8 in the second half. ‘Stones fought back, however to draw 29-29 with the last kick of the game. Despite the result the J3’s are still in contention for the league just 4 points behind leaders Wesley in third.

The J4’s made it three wins in a row in Division 1 with a 52-0 victory over Coolmine at Lakelands. They now lie second behind Clontarf, who still have to travel to Lakelands later in the year.

Continuing their recent dominance of this section the J5’s were victorious again defeating Bective Rangers 20-5 in Glenamuck to extend their lead at the top of the table to nine points. They have now won all eight games this season.
